Overview

You will join a leading London multidisciplinary practice to deliver healthcare-focused projects and support a growing healthcare portfolio. As an ARB-registered Architect, you will work across RIBA stages, initially focusing on technical delivery of acute healthcare refurbishments, then expanding to client engagement, design delivery and construction coordination. You’ll collaborate with clinical and consultant teams in a high-standard, supportive environment and benefit from hybrid working and clear career progression. Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare projects from concept to completion
• Lead technical stages and prepare feasibility reports
• Manage NHS and private-sector projects
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and clinical stakeholders

Key requirements

• ARB-registered Architect
• Strong design and technical capability
• Working knowledge of HBNs, HTMs and UK Building Regulations
• Proficient in Revit and confident working in BIM environments
• Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach
• Highly organised, with leadership potential and pride in your work
• Experience across multiple RIBA stages
• Ability to manage multiple work streams
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
