Responsibilities
- Lead operations consulting projects in life, annuity, and group benefits
- Guide teams in strategic customer development and service delivery models
- Use BPM and process modeling to optimize client support operations
- Conduct industry trend analysis and market research for strategic decisions
- Build and maintain client relationships to enhance customer service management
- Apply analytical thinking and qualitative analysis to improve service delivery
- Coach teams on customer relationship management and service excellence
- Implement corrective actions and rapid experimentation to drive improvements
- Promote creativity and intellectual curiosity for innovative solutions
- Validate data analytics processes supporting customer insights and satisfaction initiatives
