Electronics Engineer – Experimental Medical Devices

Overview

In this role you will help invent and design lifesaving medical devices within a multidisciplinary team. You’ll contribute to the development and improvement of products in a regulated ISO 13485 environment, with EN 60601 knowledge as a plus. The position offers growth into hands-on leadership while remaining deeply involved in product development. Responsibilities

• Design and develop medical devices in a team of engineers, scientists and designers
• Contribute to invention and improvement of devices for market release
• Operate within ISO 13485 environment and apply regulatory considerations
• Collaborate across functions to bring products from concept to market
• Support ongoing product development and potential leadership activities

Key requirements

• Experience in development of at least one medical device that went to market
• Experience working in an ISO 13485 environment (regulatory awareness)
• Degree, masters or PhD in electronics or physics or related field (preferred, but focus on relevant work experience)

• Passion for engineering
