Overview

As a senior individual contributor in Autodesk Consulting, you will guide strategic AECO transformations for top customers across Northern Europe. You shape target operating models, business cases, and roadmaps, aligning executive stakeholders and driving measurable outcomes. You collaborate with technical experts to translate strategy into delivery plans, focusing on data-centric workflows and interoperability. Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with executives and transformation teams as a strategic advisor
• Define outcome-driven transformation strategies based on customer context
• Assess operating models, processes, data, and digital workflows to identify improvements
• Define target-state operating models, roadmaps, business cases, and benefits realization plans
• Lead executive workshops and facilitate decision-making across complex organizations
• Advise on how Autodesk and AECO technologies support business outcomes through workflows and data management
• Identify opportunities for data, automation, and AI based on value, readiness, governance, and adoption
• Partner with Solution Architects and technical teams to shape advisory engagements and deliver credible roadmaps

Key requirements

• Substantial experience in AECO, management consulting or business transformation with independent leadership of complex engagements
• Deep expertise in construction, infrastructure, engineering consultancy, utilities, or related asset-intensive industry
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk technologies or comparable AECO tool ecosystems; hands-on implementation is not required
• Solid understanding of operating models, governance, business cases and benefits realization
• Practical grasp of data-centric workflows, automation, responsible AI and technology adoption
• Ability to lead through influence across cross-functional and international teams with excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Fluent English; Dutch and other European languages are valued
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and events
• Proven experience advising executives, structuring problems, facilitating high-stakes workshops and driving decisions
