Overview
In this role you help connect IT strategy with commercial outcomes within a high-performing consulting team. You will design and deliver sourcing and transformation initiatives, shaping operating models and procurement strategies for clients across IT and business services. You’ll lead complex transition programs and workstreams to realize benefits, partnering with CIOs and business leaders. Responsibilities
- Design sourcing strategies balancing internal and external IT/business services
- Shape and deliver sourcing solutions, business cases, and contracts
- Develop global operating and delivery models enabling digital ways of working
- Lead complex transition programs to transform IT and business services
- Facilitate creation of new organizations, cultures, and supplier relationships during transitions
Key requirements
- Proven experience in Sourcing and Transformation in IT/digital settings
- Consultancy experience at senior levels
- Experience in bid and proposal development (desirable)
- Knowledge of technology services marketplace and outsourcing (cloud, SaaS, AI)
- Ability to define business and IT services, requirements, and SLAs
- Experience across outsourcing lifecycle (strategy, delivery, transition, optimization)
- Experience shaping procurement strategies and commercial solutions
- Expertise in IT strategy, IT service management, agile delivery, and IT project management
