Overview
In this PhD Seminar at P&G’s Brussels Innovation Center, you explore how academic skills translate into industry innovation within a global consumer goods company. You will meet scientists and engineers, gain insights into daily R&D work, and practice essential industry skills alongside international PhD students and R&D managers. The program helps you assess a potential career in R&D and understand challenges and opportunities in a large multinational. This is a hands-on, immersive introduction to how P&G innovates everyday products at scale.
