Overview

As a Senior Tech Lead, you will support UK Legal Entity governance by preparing materials for senior management, regulatory reporting, and planning across international partners. You enable timely, high-quality governance deliverables and act as a bridge between global technology teams and local/regional stakeholders. Your work focuses on regulatory regimes and board/regulator materials, shaping decision-making with precise, well-structured documentation. This role offers the opportunity to influence governance across jurisdictions within Citi’s technology function and to drive cross-entity collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Support reporting to UK and international Legal Entity Governance committees and coordinate across regions
  • Produce regular and ad hoc management reports aligned with SLAs and distribute via appropriate channels
  • Coordinate information flows from partner teams and refresh PowerPoint templates as needed
  • Prepare and refine PowerPoint and Excel data files, including summaries of key themes
  • Handle receipting, storage, amalgamation, and summarisation of information for reporting

Key requirements

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality reports for senior audiences under tight deadlines
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote)
  • Experience using Teams and SharePoint for file storage and retrieval
  • Experience extracting data from in-house systems
  • Experience with Senior Manager Regime (UK) or SEAR regime (Europe) would be advantageous
  • Experience producing materials for formal Board meetings or regulators would be advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
