Business Analyst Lead

Overview

In this role you will lead business analysis across a portfolio of Google Cloud and AI projects, partnering with clients and internal teams to define requirements and design impactful processes. You’ll drive discovery, shape operating models, and manage agile delivery plans. You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team and maintain clear communications with stakeholders at all levels. This is an opportunity to influence cloud-enabled transformations at a Google Cloud Premier Partner.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements definition, and development of business processes and operating models
• Shape and own delivery plans and apply Agile disciplines to define epics, user stories, and product backlogs
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and develop communication methods to enable business change
• Collaborate with project members on cutting-edge cloud and data projects
• Lead and mentor a multi-skilled BA team and promote best practices
• Manage stakeholder engagement with client contacts and liaise with subject matter experts
• Own client communications to keep stakeholders informed and aligned

Key requirements

• Business analysis and user research experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record delivering projects in complex environments with strong project discipline
• Experience collaborating with public and private sector organisations on high-impact solutions
• Expert stakeholder management with ability to engage diverse personalities
• Growth mindset and willingness to grow the business and self
• Comfort discussing technical requirements and constraints with engineering and product teams
• Experience applying BA methodologies and adapting approach per project needs
• Be eligible for UK Government SC-level security clearance
