Customer Solutions Manager – TikTok Shop

Overview

In this role you guide product, accounts, and cross-functional teams to deliver merchant and partner e-commerce integrations. You act as a technical advisor to merchants, helping design and implement integrations with the TikTok platform and partner systems. You’ll translate learnings into product insights to improve platforms and scale success. Collaborating across stakeholders and time zones, you’ll drive efficient, standards-based integrations and share market feedback to shape the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account management to onboard strategic merchants with product and operations stakeholders
• Serve as trusted technical advisor during discovery, design, and implementation of TikTok platform integrations
• Provide expert guidance on integration patterns and platform knowledge (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Netsuite, API)
• Align merchants, technology partners, and system integrators to implement integrations across macro and micro design phases
• Collaborate with clients, support, and engineering to diagnose and resolve customer issues
• Capture learnings and market feedback to inform product roadmap and scale best practices
• Manage multiple stakeholders across different time zones
• Run API calls on Postman and debug seller requests

Key requirements

• 3+ years in technical account management, pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, customer success, or related roles for large enterprises
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Shopify or Netsuite or other OMS platforms
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels
• Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystem and system integration; familiar with integration patterns and technology stacks
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and map business requirements to technical features
