• Manage Court of Protection caseload including deputyship applications, welfare and financial management
• Advise clients, families and professionals with clarity and sensitivity

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in Court of Protection
• Solicitor or Legal Executive
• excellent communication, drafting and interpersonal skills
