Responsibilities

• Act as primary, trusted contact for assigned customers to foster long-term partnerships
• Deliver sustainable YoY sales growth through account management and commercial planning
• Launch new products/services and communicate clinical and commercial benefits
• Develop and execute territory activity plans, training, events and in-store initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated customer solutions and clinical education programs
• Maintain expert product knowledge, CRM accuracy, and territory planning to maximize coverage and outcomes
• Share insights and market intelligence to improve customer outcomes and commercial performance
