As a Corporate Associate in a premier City law firm, you will handle a broad spectrum of mid-market corporate work with a strong technology focus. Responsibilities

• Operate on mid-market corporate transactions (private M&A, reorganisations, JVs, IPOs and fundraisings)
• Support tech-driven clients, including AI and biotech/life sciences companies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute deals

Key requirements

• 5-7 PQE in Corporate (England & Wales)
• Strong focus on technology sector experience
