Overview
In this role, you will lead the execution of bank and bond financings across EMEA within the Infrastructure Finance & Advisory group. You will shape deal structuring, due diligence, and credit rating processes, while guiding acquisition financing and advisory mandates tied to M&A. You’ll develop financial models, manage risk approvals, and collaborate with coverage and product teams to win new engagements and deepen client relationships. The position offers impact across infrastructure finance in a global, cross-functional context.
Responsibilities
- Lead deal execution for bank and bond financings in EMEA, incl. structuring, negotiations, due diligence, consultant management, and credit ratings
- Lead staple financing, lender education, and acquisition financing linked to selected M&A opportunities
- Lead advisory mandates on debt advisory and capital structuring for M&A
- Oversee development of financial models
- Lead credit risk and internal approval processes
- Assist product teams in structuring hedging products
- Collaborate with coverage and relationship bankers to pitch for new engagements and grow client relationships
- Conduct industry and company research to identify new opportunities
Key requirements
- 7+ years of project/infrastructure finance experience
- Experience with infrastructure finance transactions in EMEA
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Existing infrastructure client and investor relationships and knowledge of the infrastructure market
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and financial products (bank loans, bonds, rates, FX, structured products)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills

- Ability to manage long-term transactions with a busy schedule
