Overview
As Growth Product Manager Digital+, you will identify, test, and scale growth opportunities for Pregnancy+ within the Growth and Monetization team. You’ll own end-to-end growth experiments, leveraging data and cross-functional collaboration to drive monetization, acquisition, and retention. You will work hands-on with engineering, analytics, and marketing to deliver measurable impact at speed. This role offers shaping growth strategy through experimentation and targeted communications that move users along the lifecycle. You’ll join a collaborative, impact-driven culture focused on scalable growth.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across monetization, acquisition, and retention
- Design, implement, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses
- Execute growth experiments end-to-end from idea to analysis
- Run high-impact, low-effort initiatives to accelerate growth
- Leverage tools (Firebase, One Signal, Google Ad Manager, Jira, Figma) to run and monitor experiments
- Use data to identify what works and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Plan and execute in-app messaging, push notifications, and email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, marketing, and campaign teams to align experiments with monetization goals
- Communicate marketing principles to craft user-focused, measurable communications
Key requirements
- Hands-on experience in digital or consumer products, preferably in growth or experimentation
- Strong knowledge of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience with push notifications, in-app messaging, and email marketing
- Comfort with Firebase, One Signal, Google Ad Manager, Jira, and Figma
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
- Understanding of how marketing, product, and technology intersect to drive growth
