Responsibilities

  • Lead complex digital marketing and commerce projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • Scope and analyze requirements; define drivers and craft Adobe-based solutions
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: estimation, scope, planning, risks, budget, reporting
  • Produce status updates on milestones, risks, issues for stakeholders
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams; manage interdependencies and output quality
  • Inspire and lead teams; drive process improvements and on-time delivery
  • Oversee resourcing and commercials, including forecasting and invoicing
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and help clients optimize Adobe solutions
  • Build strong relationships with senior management and clients; manage expectations and escalations
  • Chair meetings with diverse stakeholder requirements; stay current with industry practices
  • Contribute to PMO practice development and Adobe collaboration initiatives

Key requirements

  • PM experience in software development projects, with digital marketing and Adobe solutions knowledge
  • Proven track record delivering Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign, or Content Management solutions
  • Experience implementing Adobe solutions (AEM, AEP; Campaign and Commerce a plus)
  • Experience with re-platforming projects and cutover ownership
  • Strong risk management, prioritization, and executive-level presentation skills
  • Understanding of SDLC and release management; ability to manage customer expectations under deadlines
  • Leadership of teams across lifecycle stages; agile delivery experience (Scrum) and lean practices
  • Budget management and financial oversight of projects
  • Strong negotiation, diplomacy, and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional PM qualification and business consulting background
  • Ability to work with virtual teams across geographies/time zones
  • Fluency in English; other European languages a plus
