Overview
In questa role you will lead technical coordination and design management for high-rise, reinforced concrete residential schemes. You will operate within a financially backed developer delivering landmark regeneration projects in London, driving projects from design through delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants and construction teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while upholding Building Regulations and NHBC standards. Responsibilities
- Lead technical coordination and design management for large residential/regeneration schemes
- Drive projects from design through delivery to successful completion
- Liaise with clients, consultants and construction teams
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and NHBC Technical Standards
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Support team leadership and contribute to process improvements
Key requirements
- Degree qualified in construction or equivalent
- Experience in reinforced concrete high-rise residential projects
- Proven track record delivering large residential schemes
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC Technical Standards
