Overview

In this role you will manage and develop Ricoh’s digital and print content across the portfolio, shaping a people-first customer experience. You will steward the global brand for the UK market, drive engagement, and enhance UX across websites, platforms, and campaigns. You’ll oversee content creation, accessibility, and design systems while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality assets. Responsibilities

  • Design and develop digital and print solutions aligned with commercial goals
  • Drive customer engagement and advocacy related to a people-first culture, growth, experience and sales
  • Act as brand custodian, localising global brand guidelines for the UK
  • Create UX/UI for digital assets (websites, platforms, newsletters, emails, social, graphics, animation, video, audio) including personas, wireframes, flows and use cases
  • Produce engaging content to enhance online interactivity and ensure consistent design language across assets
  • Provide specialist input ensuring output aligns with business priorities and strategic objectives
  • Embed inclusivity and accessibility into content and design (WCAG)
  • Optimize designs based on feedback, data and A/B tests to improve performance
  • Maintain and update company websites and other digital tools in collaboration with the Digital team
  • Support SEO, metrics gathering and reporting; optimise social content for brand awareness and lead generation
  • Manage design agencies and external providers end-to-end (briefs, asset reviews, approvals, delivery within budget)
  • Introduce and refine processes for transparency and efficiency; communicate updates weekly to ensure alignment
  • Ensure version control and centralised access to final artwork across the business and agencies
  • Oversee budgets, retainers, and spend; align licenses with usage for resource efficiency
  • Serve as brand custodian across organisation, guiding visual content in Internal Communications, Direct/Indirect Sales, RGC, eCommerce, People & ESG

Key requirements

  • Degree calibre or marketing-related qualification with relevant business experience
  • Graphic design/illustration/fine art degree or diploma
  • 5+ years in graphics/design, preferably B2B
  • Strong UX design experience, from lo-fi wireframes to hi-fi mockups
  • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD, Dimension, Acrobat), Ceros, Turtl, Figma
  • Video/gif creation and animation skills
  • Mac and PC proficiency
  • Strong presentation skills; familiarity with Ricoh products/services
  • Influencing, negotiating and cross-functional leadership
  • Excellent creativity, initiative, and ability to challenge status quo
  • Clear communication and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Professionalism with high ethics and discretion
