Senior Mechanical Engineer

Overview

Senior Mechanical Engineer to join an award-winning engineering consultancy in Bristol. You will work on a varied UK and international project portfolio across science labs, leisure, residential, commercial, and high-end mixed-use developments. You lead small-to-medium projects and support on larger briefs, guiding tasks and ensuring delivery. You will mentor junior staff, engage with clients, and contribute to interdisciplinary Building Services design throughout all design stages.

Responsibilities

• lead small to medium-sized projects and take briefs from project leads on larger projects
• plan, deliver and control project tasks
• mentor and supervise junior staff
• face clients and understand their needs
• apply mechanical design and Building Services expertise across all design stages
• coordinate interdisciplinary design efforts within projects
