Overview
In this role you will support the New Hospitals Facilities Programme in Jersey by leading cost management across a major healthcare project. Based on site in Jersey about three days per month, you will drive cost planning, procurement, and commercial decisions to meet project objectives while upholding safety, quality, and sustainability. You will foster inclusive, high-performing teams and mentor future talent, contributing to net-zero aims and ethical project delivery. This is an opportunity to shape a transformative health infrastructure programme at scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of cost management services for a large healthcare programme
- Support cost planning, procurement and commercial decision-making to meet project objectives
- Foster inclusive, high-performing teams and champion wellbeing and continuous improvement
- Drive ethical, sustainable outcomes and support net-zero commitments while mentoring talent
- Ensure safety, quality, compliance, and client outcomes across delivery
Key requirements
- Experience on large-scale healthcare or complex infrastructure projects
- Ability to work in a stakeholder-rich environment
- Extensive NEC4 contract experience (ideally NEC Accredited Project Manager)
- Experience progressing through RIBA Stage 5 on major schemes
- Experience with NEC contract administration tool such as Cemar
