In this role you will advance RF and wireless systems for high-tech client projects within a leading consulting environment. You will work with cross-disciplinary teams to translate complex requirements into practical, compliant designs that can move to mass production. You will tackle real-world challenges in RF and antenna design, from concept through to deployment, impactting products used in diverse markets. This is a hands-on, collaborative opportunity to shape advanced communications solutions at scale.

Responsibilities
- RF circuit design and testing for high-frequency signals
- Antenna design, simulation, and measurement
- Wireless communication system work with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE/5G protocols
- Utilize RF simulation tools (ADS, HFSS, CST, MATLAB) and conduct regulatory-compliant design
- Engage in full product lifecycle from concept to release and mass production
- Explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and iterate from first principles on the bench
Key requirements
- Experience in designing and testing RF circuits (amplifiers, oscillators, mixers)
- PCB layout experience for high-frequency signals
- Hands-on testing with spectrum and network analysers, signal generators
- Antenna design and measurement experience
- Knowledge of wireless protocols and modulation/multiplexing techniques
- RF simulation software proficiency (ADS, HFSS, CST, MATLAB)
- Understanding of UK/EU/US regulatory standards and compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
