Associate, Client Implementation Manager

Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end Transaction Banking implementations for EMEA clients, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions that meet treasury needs. You’ll guide seamless integration, training, and stakeholder alignment while upholding global standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global and regional implementation projects for Transaction Banking products
• Support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction during implementation
• Build trusted client and internal stakeholder relationships through clear communication
• Identify and resolve impediments to ensure smooth implementations
• Standardize integration and documentation processes to global standards
• Enhance client experience via consultative approaches for TMS and ERP investments
• Adapt communication for diverse global audiences
• Demonstrate proficiency in ISO20022, SWIFT, digital channels, testing methods
• Conduct client training on transaction banking solutions
• Participate in or lead change initiatives for sustainable business improvements

Key requirements

• Extensive experience managing complex client‑facing implementations within tight timelines
• Strong interpersonal skills for nurturing client relationships
• Knowledge of ISO20022 and SWIFT protocols
• ERP integrations (notably SAP S/4HANA) and TMS platforms (Kyriba, FIS Quantum)
• Connectivity protocols (HTTPS, SFTP, SWIFTnet) and encryption (PGP)
• Excellent communication across cultures and stakeholders
• Project management certifications (PRINCE2 or PMP) are advantageous
• Interest in AI-driven workflow automation and practical applicability in banking
