Overview
In this role you will coordinate company-wide budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning within UKNNL’s finance function, driving process improvements across the planning cycle. You’ll build and maintain financial models, analyse data and provide timely insights to support executive decision-making. The position partners with senior finance leaders to ensure accurate costing and resource attribution while enabling strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
- Coordinate budget and forecast processes across business areas
- Consolidate budgets, strategic plans and cash flows using sensitivity analysis
- Build financial models for budget/forecast purposes
- Develop analyses to support strategic plans and initiatives
- Analyse complex financial information to provide timely recommendations
- Manage internal costing system and resource cost attribution
- Calculate and maintain internal cost rates for all resources
- Provide analytical support to VP Finance and Head of Corporate Finance
- Ad hoc analysis and project work
Key requirements
- Demonstrable experience in financial modelling and reporting
- Minimum part qualified member of a recognised professional accounting body (CIMA, ACCA, ACA etc)
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Experience of complex financial analysis, modelling and forecasting
- Highly numerate with strong Excel skills
- Experience handling large volumes of data
