Overview
In this role you will join a respected National law firm’s Bristol Real Estate team to handle a broad mix of development and property matters. You will support residential and commercial development, investment and asset management, and advisory work for occupiers, with exposure to sustainability-focused and natural capital projects. The position offers hybrid working and a friendly, inclusive culture with opportunities to contribute to business development and cross-functional collaboration. You will work on high-impact projects for national and regional clients, shaping real estate solutions at scale.

Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of real estate matters including residential led development, strategic land development, and commercial development and regeneration
- Manage investment and asset management work for national and regional property companies
- Provide advisory support for owner/occupier clients and support tenants in various leasing and redevelopment matters
- Involve in natural capital projects including biodiversity net gain, water neutrality and nutrient neutrality
- Contribute to both contentious and non-contentious agricultural matters
- Support large-scale development projects and complex property portfolios in advisory and drafting capacity
Key requirements
- Around 2–4 years PQE in residential or commercial development, or general commercial property
- Clear enthusiasm for real estate work and delivering excellent client outcomes
- Ability to manage matters under pressure and hit the ground running
- Strong technical, drafting and organisational skills
- Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
