Credit Reporting Manager

Overview

As Credit Reporting Manager, you will lead the design, delivery, and analysis of high-quality management information to enable data-driven decision-making across the Credit function. You’ll manage a reporting team, drive automation and tooling enhancements, and ensure accurate, actionable insights for senior management. This hybrid role connects finance, BI, and stakeholders to support strategic Credit decisions. You’ll shape reporting standards and KPIs in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, maintain and analyse management information
• Produce accurate Credit and MI reports and KPI analyses
• Lead, motivate and develop the Reporting Team
• Identify requirements for enhanced MI from stakeholder feedback
• Prioritise work aligned with Finance/Credit objectives
• Coordinate workload with peers and wider business
• Promote automation and AI-enabled reporting
• Ensure data quality, integrity and actionable analysis
• Oversee report formats, dashboards and automated outputs
• Support projects and complex ad hoc analyses
• Provide data-led insights to Credit Management and decision-making
• Act as escalation point for reporting/data issues with BI and tech teams

Key requirements

• Experience using Cognos
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Working knowledge of SQL; Python or other automation tools advantageous
• Advanced Excel (formulas, VBA, macros)
• Experience creating/managing datasets and databases
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
• Ability to translate data from multiple sources into insights
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity
