Overview

In this Production Manager role, you lead key activities to deliver strong results for the site, customers, and the business. You provide expert guidance, empower teams, and champion continuous improvement to boost performance and efficiency. You will build cross-functional partnerships to achieve shared goals while ensuring compliance with policies and standards. You will inspire and develop colleagues, fostering accountability and excellence, and you may deputise for the Branch Manager to engage stakeholders across the organisation. Key requirements

• Proven leadership experience with coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Experience leading teams and delivering strong operational results in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to influence and collaborate
• Track record of driving continuous improvement and implementing positive change
• Sound decision-making and ownership of high-quality outcomes
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
