As Engineering Manager for the Blow Moulding Department at Müller’s Severnside site, you lead a high-performing team to keep production, plant, and equipment operating at peak performance. You’ll shape maintenance strategy, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of safety, innovation, and excellence. You work with operations to deliver reliable manufacturing and systematic improvements that support growth.
