In this role you lead strategic engagements with UK Defence and National Security clients, driving high-value opportunities for CrowdStrike’s AI-native XDR platform. You work across MOD, intelligence and critical CNI sectors to align national cyber priorities with CrowdStrike capabilities. You will navigate complex government processes and shape multi-year account plans that support national cyber transformation. Responsibilities
- Own and expand relationships with 10-15 strategic Defence and National Security accounts (MOD, Intelligence agencies, CNI).
- Develop multi-year account strategies aligned to cyber roadmaps and procurement cycles.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments including SROs, CISOs, CTOs, and senior military leadership.
- Articulate the value of Threat Graph, adversary intelligence, and rapid response to counter APT threats.
- Position CrowdStrike against NCSC guidance, Defence Cyber Strategy, and compliance mandates.
- Demonstrate understanding of classification levels, accreditation, and sovereign deployment models.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline and forecast aligned to fiscal and budget cycles.
- Orchestrate multi-stakeholder government procurement sales cycles.
- Lead virtual teams and collaborate with partners, SI partners, and government affairs.
Key requirements
- Proven track record selling enterprise cybersecurity or mission-critical tech into UK Defence/Intelligence/National Security.
- Active security clearance (SC minimum; DV desirable) or eligibility for sponsorship.
- Strong network across MOD, Intelligence Community, and critical CNI security leadership.
- Experience navigating government procurement frameworks and complex approvals.
- Technical fluency in EDR/XDR, threat intelligence, incident response, cloud security.
- Ability to engage military/intelligence leadership on security challenges and threat landscapes.
- Understanding of defence acquisition, capability development, and through-life support.
- Track record of quota attainment in complex, relationship-driven environments.
