Overview

As an OpenBlue Customer Advisor, you partner with customers to deliver measurable value across the OpenBlue suite. You will guide onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. Your work will bridge technical insight and business outcomes, helping clients leverage smart building solutions to improve energy efficiency, uptime, and operations. Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end customer value for OpenBlue solutions
  • Own onboarding, including kickoff, milestones, training, and scope validation
  • Drive user adoption and value realization with check-ins and usage analytics
  • Provide timely triage, basic support, and training; coordinate with technical teams
  • Conduct customer health monitoring, NPS surveys, and feedback loops
  • Participate in Customer Business Reviews (QBRs) with account managers
  • Support retention and growth by identifying additional value opportunities and customer references

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years with HVAC systems, building automation, energy management, or related fields
  • Hands-on OT deployment experience in medium to large facilities
  • Experience delivering user training and product demonstrations for end users
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders
  • Proven track record in enterprise customer relationship management
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across a matrix organization
  • Self-directed learner with ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Work authorization to work in the UK
  • Experience driving process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
