Responsibilities

• Manage safe, high‑quality and compliant project delivery, championing wellbeing and inclusive culture
• Oversee end‑to‑end programme management aligned with client vision and milestones
• Manage budgets responsibly and shape long‑term strategic direction with an ethical, sustainable focus
• Develop and empower teams, fostering collaboration and best‑practice excellence across stakeholders
• Coordinate end‑to‑end project delivery ensuring timeframes, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met
• Drive collaboration across client, consultant and contractor teams, managing senior stakeholders and project governance
• Provide strategic expertise and leadership to align delivery with Mace’s priorities

Key requirements

• MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE (or local equivalent)
• Experience in the successful construction delivery phase of projects and programmes
• Demonstrable evidence of deep project management expertise
• Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or construction) discipline or equivalent experience
• CSCS card (or equivalent local safety certification)
