As AI Product Lead for Nasdaq’s IR Intelligence, you will shape the strategy and delivery of AI-driven workflow and insights products for global financial technology clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into scalable AI-first solutions, guiding products from research to release. Your role bridges clients, design, and engineering to foster AI adoption and impactful outcomes. Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for AI-powered intelligence products aligned with business goals
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from research to release with emphasis on quality and adoption
• Collaborate with UX and engineering to design AI-first solutions that scale
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog balancing feasibility, value, and impact
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to capture insights and drive AI adoption

Key requirements

• Proven experience in agile product management, ideally in B2B enterprise SaaS and financial markets
• Track record of delivering AI and data solutions to end users
• Ability to translate complex user requirements into actionable product strategies
• Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed, global environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
