Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate on global study activities with cross-functional teams
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of recurring tasks
• Compile and maintain status reports in the trial management system
• Interact with Sponsor, sites, and vendors to ensure alignment
• Oversee internal regulatory filing system quality control
• Manage study supplies and project timelines
• Organize project meetings and prepare minutes

Key requirements

• PhD or Post-Doc related to Endocrinology and/or Metabolic research
• Fluency in English with strong presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international team
• CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience not required but advantageous
