Staff Product Designer, Enterprise

Overview

As Staff/Senior Product Designer, you will lead end-to-end product design for Scale’s AI for Enterprise Data unit, shaping multiple 0-1 initiatives and enhancements to established products. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, data science, and operations to solve core business challenges and advocate for user voice as the founding designer of the unit. You’ll contribute to a scalable design system and push for impactful, data-driven UX across dashboards, editors, and forms. This role offers ownership of gaps, rapid iteration, and the chance to influence enterprise AI tooling at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for desktop web apps
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations to address product and business challenges
• Advocate for the user voice as the founding designer of the business unit
• Prioritize and execute work in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
• Contribute to evolution of the design system and interaction patterns
• Own the identification of product gaps and rally support for solutions

Key requirements

• Experience leading end-to-end B2B and enterprise web applications
• Extremely high proficiency in Figma; fast execution speed
• Experience designing dashboards, data visualization, domain-specific editors, and forms
• Understanding of front-end development processes for web interfaces
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including customer-facing meetings
