In this role you will handle claimant-focused medical negligence work within a reputable, medium-sized City firm. You’ll manage a breadth of high-stakes cases, from brain and spinal injuries to birth injuries and amputations, contributing to a collaborative, supportive culture with excellent work–life balance. Responsibilities

• Manage claimant-focused medical negligence cases across catastrophic injuries (brain/spinal, cardiac, orthopaedic, gynaecological, birth injuries, amputations)
• Develop and progress complex medical negligence claims for clients
• Collaborate with private client and other teams to support case strategy
• Provide client-focused advice and advocacy in high-stakes litigation
• Contribute to maintaining a collaborative, non-political, supportive culture within the firm

Key requirements

• 6+ PQE in medical/clinical negligence
• Experience in a UK law firm with medical negligence exposure
• Knowledge of catastrophic injury claims and relevant processes
