Regional Intelligence Analyst

Overview

In this role you will provide regional intelligence support across EMEA and LATAM to drive informed decision-making and crisis readiness. You will work within Global Security to monitor threats, aggregate data, and deliver actionable insights to regional directors and operations centers. You will apply strategic and tactical analysis to geopolitical and security issues, shaping risk-aware planning and response. This position offers the chance to influence staff safety, asset protection, and reputation through analytics-driven intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence support to Regional Security Directors and Regional Operations Centres
• Monitor events to identify threats, filter false positives, and present meaningful assessments
• Aggregate data and produce status reports
• Conduct strategic, tactical and quantitative analysis for security investigations and operations
• Forecast geopolitical and security issues and monitor country threat ratings with visualization/analytics tools
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to derive insights and analytics-driven solutions
• Leverage Control Risks’ risk monitoring platform and coordinate with country analysts as needed
• Develop and issue intelligence communications regarding alerts impacting staff or operations
• Assist in building tools and processes for threat analysis
• Support disaster and crisis management coordination with contextual input
• Identify inefficiencies and remediate process gaps

Key requirements

• Two to five years of relevant experience in threat intelligence, risk analysis or related field
• Knowledge of security, political, regulatory, operational, integrity and social risk issues across Europe, Middle East and Africa and Latin America
• Excellent English- and Spanish-language oral and written communication and presentation skills; additional languages are an asset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure
• Ability to evaluate large information volumes and distill essential insights
• Ability to work independently and in a team
