Responsibilities
- Act as a technical authority on structural compliance and stay ahead of industry developments
- Support delivery of structural engineering services across diverse, complex building types
- Collaborate with HSE/BSR on Higher Risk Buildings under framework agreements
- Provide expert advice on structural design and UK Building Regulations to clients
- Review structural assessments, drawings, and calculations for compliance
- Build strong relationships with design consultants, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate project and inspection records
- Contribute to training and knowledge sharing
- Support Associate Directors and Managing Engineers in delivering high‑quality technical outcomes
Key requirements
- Degree (or equivalent) in Structural Engineering
- Strong technical judgement and ability to work independently
