Overview
In this role you will join a Bristol-based Property Litigation team at a leading national law firm to handle a broad, high-quality real estate dispute caseload. You will work closely with senior lawyers, gaining exposure to telecoms, development, landlord and tenant, and complex contractual disputes for a diverse client base. Responsibilities
- Support senior lawyers on a varied caseload across telecoms disputes, development and land disputes, and landlord/tenant matters
- Advise public sector bodies, developers, landlords, occupiers, and investors
- Assist with misrepresentation, breach of contract and frustration claims
- Draft pleadings and summaries with strong analytical clarity
- Develop expertise in telecoms and development-related disputes over time
Key requirements
- 1+ years PQE in real estate litigation or commercial litigation with property exposure
- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Collaborative, proactive and commercially minded
- Willingness to develop specialist telecoms and development disputes
