Product Engineer

Overview

In this role you will strengthen the early user experience across a wide, multi-product platform, guiding users to quickly see value. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to refine journeys, run user research, and prototype solutions that reduce friction. You will own the implementation of end‑to‑end features and experiments, delivering safe, incremental improvements through production releases. Your work will emphasize usability, clear reporting, and scalable design, contributing to the platform’s growth and overall product direction.

Responsibilities

• Explore user challenges using structured methods (interviews, journey mapping, focus groups, data analysis)
• Design and deliver technical solutions and user-facing experiments addressing pain points
• Own implementation and results of features and experiments
• Release incrementally via safe techniques like feature flags
• Maintain high code quality and participate in code reviews
• Shape technical approaches to new concepts, starting with rapid prototypes
• Contribute to broader product direction and platform scaling
• Maintain documentation and monitoring to support ongoing learning and improvement
• Collaborate with engineering, design and product teams with rapid feedback cycles

Key requirements

• Strong full-stack capability to design, develop and deliver features end-to-end including associated infrastructure
• Analytical approach to user behavior and needs with a focus on usability and clarity
• Excellent communication skills for explaining concepts across disciplines
• Data-driven mindset to evaluate feature success and identify opportunities and risks
• Ability to understand user interactions with the platform and propose intuitive interfaces
