Responsibilities

• Lead consultant on projects ensuring C&S representation across the team
• Develop and communicate structural concepts to clients, architects and staff
• Oversee and mentor junior engineers in preparation of calculations
• Manage calculation preparation for structural elements by junior staff
• Break down complex structures into components for detailed design
• Represent the company in internal and external meetings

Key requirements

• Experience as a structural engineer at Senior/Principal/Associate level
• Ability to autonomously develop structural/civil designs through project stages
• Proficiency in communicating concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Mentoring and team leadership capabilities
• Experience organizing and reviewing calculation packages for structures
• Strong ability to decompose complex structures for element design
• Comfort representing the company in meetings
