Data and AI Delivery Manager – Senior Associate

Overview

In this role you drive AI initiative delivery within Risk Management and Compliance, turning ideas into governed, well-documented solutions. You will collaborate across business, product, data science, and technology teams to conduct discovery, prototyping, validation, and deployment while maintaining governance and performance monitoring. You’ll help expand our AI portfolio with measurable impact and stay current on advances and safety guardrails. This position combines cross-functional coordination with hands-on delivery to reduce risk and enable responsible AI usage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution across multiple AI initiatives, including planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder updates
• Define problem statements, requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics with business leads
• Collaborate with data science, ORDG product and technology teams through discovery, prototyping, validation, launch, and iteration
• Establish structured feedback loops to route learnings to model and product partners
• Monitor performance and adoption via dashboards and regular updates
• Own an optimization backlog, prioritize ideas and issues, track delivery through release
• Manage control and governance requirements, evidence collection, review scheduling, and status reporting
• Stay current on AI advances and safety guardrails to contribute to the roadmap

Key requirements

• Genuine passion for AI with hands-on experience experimenting with large language models and agentic tools, able to articulate business value
• Experience supporting product, project, or programme delivery in a cross-functional environment
• Proven ability to coordinate across stakeholders with strong organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Comfortable working with large datasets and synthesising results into updates and actionable steps
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including structured status updates to senior management
• Confident facilitation of meetings
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and shifting priorities with quality and control
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance metrics, identify trends, and translate findings into recommendations
