Overview

In this role you will coordinate and refine responses to due diligence questionnaires and information requests for institutional clients across EMEA. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant submissions that reflect PGIM’s investment capabilities. You’ll navigate regional regulatory needs and maintain knowledge databases to support regional growth. This is a hands-on position that combines writing, coordination, and regulatory awareness to help PGIM win and service clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate responses to DDQs and RFIs from institutional clients and consultants across EMEA
  • Draft, edit and align responses with PGIM’s investment capabilities and local market needs
  • Collaborate with Client Management, Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Legal to ensure complete and compliant content
  • Understand and apply regional regulations (SFDR, MiFID II) in responses
  • Track DDQ activity, deadlines, and maintain high accuracy
  • Support knowledge management by updating RFP databases with regional nuances

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in RFP/DDQ writing, preferably in asset management
  • Understanding of institutional and wholesale client segments in Europe/EMEA
  • Familiarity with RFP/DDQ database tools
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Effective communication and tailoring messages to client types and regulatory contexts
  • Project management and deadline discipline
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
