Overview

As a Credit Controller at LRG in Worthing, you drive timely rent and fee collection for a growing portfolio. You will work within a collaborative Credit Control team to manage arrears, communicate contractual obligations, and resolve queries to ensure payment. You’ll partner with branches, property management, and finance to meet financial targets and uphold LRG values. Responsibilities

  • Contact customers in arrears at set intervals to secure payments and explain contractual liabilities and options
  • Follow best practice to meet individual and department financial targets
  • Respond to queries, diagnose root causes, and mediate between parties for the best outcome
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; collaborate across credit control, property management, branches and finance
  • Achieve personal financial targets and comply with LRG values and policies
