Architectural Technologist

Overview

In this role you will produce and coordinate detailed design information using REVIT, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure accuracy and compliance in delivery. You will develop design packages of moderate to high complexity and support project specifications and data. You will work within a Common Data Environment and leverage digital tools to drive precise documentation and coordination. Responsibilities

• Daily production and coordination of REVIT models and drawings
• Prepare, review and approve technical drawings
• Coordinate with design and drafting teams across disciplines
• Deliver design packages of moderate to high complexity under supervision
• Produce detailed drawings aligned with project specs and standards
• Prepare specifications, reports and data tables
• Perform material take-offs, measurements and area calculations from REVIT
• Review vendor, subcontractor and third-party documentation
• Ensure compliance with codes, permits and discipline standards
• Use CDE platforms for document control and coordination
• Annotate drawings in Adobe PDF and work with MS Office tools

Key requirements

• Advanced REVIT capability (essential)
• Experience in technical detailing within architecture
• AutoCAD knowledge (desirable)
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and design standards
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and instructions
• Experience with Common Data Environments (CDEs)
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills
• British National due to client security requirements
