Responsibilities

  • Lead large, ambiguous product initiatives spanning multiple teams and customer journeys
  • Tie design decisions to measurable customer and business outcomes
  • Build trusted partnerships with Product, Engineering, Insights, and leadership
  • Balance user needs, business priorities, technical constraints, compliance, and delivery
  • Influence product decisions through evidence-based design, research, analytics, and experimentation
  • Elevate quality across interaction, visual design, accessibility, and systems thinking
  • Drive consistency while knowing when to innovate
  • Champion accessible, inclusive, user-centered design
  • Establish and improve AI-assisted design workflows grounded in insights and context
  • Coach and mentor designers and promote responsible AI practices

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience shaping and designing complex digital experiences in cross-functional environments
  • Strong portfolio showing craft, product thinking, systems thinking, and measurable impact
  • Deep expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, accessibility, prototyping, design systems, and product strategy
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data and experimentation to shape strategy and evaluate outcomes
  • Ability to coach designers and raise design quality beyond individual projects
  • Judgment in applying AI-assisted workflows and validating outputs across discovery to execution
  • Working familiarity with front-end concepts (React Native, JavaScript or TypeScript) beneficial but not required
