Overview
As Defects Building Surveyor you will diagnose defects and manage improvement projects for residential buildings, contributing to public and private sector frameworks. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to produce reports, specifications and coordinate contract administration. The role is based in London with hybrid working, offering a clear path to chartered status and professional development. You join a long-standing, reputable practice delivering services across building surveying and related disciplines.

Key requirements
- MRICS or close to achieving chartered status
- 5+ years’ post-graduation Building Surveyor experience
- Strong defect diagnosis capability
- Essential specification writing experience
- Project management experience preferred
- Residential project experience preferred
- UK driving licence and own car (pool car available)
