Overview
In this role you partner with clients across levels and functions to ensure they realize value from their Gartner subscription. You onboard clients, demonstrate Gartner capabilities, and drive engagement with products used by large client teams. You align Gartner resources with client priorities to maximize ROI and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver superior service. You monitor metrics to sustain satisfaction, retention, and growth, contributing to Gartner’s mission of enabling enterprise success through insights and guidance.

Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and introduce Gartner services to prospective and current clients
- Manage client relationships and connect clients with Gartner experts
- Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to deliver value and ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services, share best practices, and design solutions
- Leverage insights and metrics to drive ongoing engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth
Key requirements
- Fluent in English and one of the languages listed (English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Dutch, German, Italian, Norwegian, Swedish)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 6+ months relevant experience
- Proven track record of delighting clients
