Surrey Building Services Engineer

Overview

In this role you will perform multi-skilled maintenance across commercial buildings in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, North Hampshire and Surrey. You will work on planned and reactive tasks, focusing on AHU upkeep, water flushing, light testing, plant room maintenance and compliance checks. The position is regional, requiring travel between sites and close collaboration with clients to maintain service quality. You will receive extensive training, a company van, and a clear path for career development. Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on commercial building services across a regional area
• Carry out AHU maintenance, water flushing, light testing and plant room maintenance
• Conduct compliance checks and ensure safety and quality standards
• Travel between sites within Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, North Hampshire and Surrey
• Support clients with a service-focused approach and respond to on-site needs
• Participate in on-call and after-hours coverage as applicable

Key requirements

• Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in a commutable location to the specified areas
• Minimum NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 in Electrical or Mechanical
