Overview
As Lead of the Transformation Portfolio Office, you govern and prioritise digital and business transformation initiatives for Mace Consult, delivering executive visibility on investment, benefits, delivery, and risks. You coordinate across Digital, Finance, People, Operations and Leadership to ensure value realisation and disciplined delivery. The role shapes portfolio performance, governance standards and change adoption to drive strategic outcomes. Key requirements

- Commercial acumen with understanding of growth, profitability and cash generation
