Data & AI Strategy – Senior Manager

Overview

In this role you shape data and AI strategy for enterprise clients, translating complex data into actionable insights and defining how AI initiatives create measurable business value. You work with senior stakeholders to craft roadmaps, business cases, and operating models that support an AI-first organization. You lead large workstreams and drive cross-functional delivery, tying technology choices to growth and competitive advantage. You infuse Responsible AI and collaborate with ecosystems to accelerate value realization. This position offers a mission to reinvent businesses through data and AI at scale.

Responsibilities

• Shape data & AI strategy to enable growth and competitive advantage
• Assess AI/data maturity and define building blocks for AI-first organizations
• Create business cases, investment profiles, and roadmaps for strategy delivery
• Infuse Responsible AI and plan ecosystem partnerships
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions
• Develop strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities

Key requirements

• AI & Data experience including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects
• High-value consulting experience with large-scale delivery and ability to lead workstreams
• Experience leading senior-level (C-suite) conversations or managing senior stakeholders
• Engineering problem-solver mindset applying technology to complex business problems
• Strong program management and verbal/written communication skills
• Driven and entrepreneurial: originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities
• Excellent leadership and people skills: build teams, collaboration and stakeholder relationships
