• Lead and manage the employment law caseload across contentious and non-contentious matters
• Develop and strengthen client relationships and business development opportunities
• Provide strategic direction as Head of the department and mentor the team
• Drive high-quality, varied caseload delivery and contribute to firm growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

Key requirements

• Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent
• demonstrated knowledge and technical expertise in employment law
