Overview

In this role you will provide senior, technically proficient employment law guidance within a well-regarded team. You will handle a broad range of matters for insurers, businesses, consumers and institutions, including claimant and respondent work, with a focus on complex issues. You will lead on strategy, support colleagues, and contribute to the development of the group while upholding high litigation standards. The role blends hybrid office/home working across Bristol, Leeds or Cardiff and values commercial, client-focused collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical guidance across a broad range of employment matters
• Manage both claimant and respondent litigation with attention to deadlines and priorities
• Liaise with insurer clients and claims handlers
• Support and develop colleagues and contribute to team growth
• Maintain high standards of conduct in litigation and client service
• Foster client relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Operate in a hybrid working model across multiple locations
